Continuous Extendable Supermarket Shelving

* The main rack features two upright columns, allowing it to stand independently. The auxiliary (add-on) rack contains only one column and must connect to the main rack for support. This design optimizes space and reduces equipment cost.
* By default, single-sided shelving configurations include 5 layers of shelves. Optional accessories like hooks can be requested separately.
Island Shelves Configuration
Island Shelves Regular Setup: One double-sided main shelf + N double-sided auxiliary shelves + two end caps.
By default, double-sided/end cap shelves are supplied with 4 layers of shelves. Contact service departments for additional configuration accessories.
Wall-Adjacent Counter Shelving
Combination: One main rack + two auxiliary racks.
Includes: 12 shelves + 3 base panels + 12 pairs of brackets + 15 adhesive strips.
Island Combo Shelving
Setup: One set of double-sided main rack + one set of auxiliary rack + two sets of end caps.
Includes: 18 pieces of shelves + 6 base panels + 24 adhesive strips.
What is the load-bearing capacity of your supermarket shelves?
We offer three main weight capacity levels depending on the model: RD-12 supports 90KG per layer, RD-12B supports 100KG per layer, and RD-12A supports up to 120KG per layer.
What dimensions and heights are available for these shelves?
Standard single-sided units have a width of 590mm, and double-sided units have a width of 1090mm. Standard lengths are 920mm or 1220mm. Available heights are 1600mm, 1900mm, and 2200mm. Custom sizes are also supported.
Can I customize the color of the shelves or the price strips?
Yes. While our standard color schemes are gray-white and sand-blue, we support fully customizable colors for the shelves, uprights, and price label rubber strips.
What is the difference between a Main Shelf and an Auxiliary Shelf?
A main shelf is built with two upright support columns and can stand on its own. An auxiliary shelf has only one upright column and must connect to a main shelf, allowing you to build continuous, cost-effective shelving rows.
How does the packaging design benefit transportation and shipping costs?
Our shelves are designed to be completely removable and flat-packed. This greatly reduces the overall packaging volume, lowers shipping fees, and maintains strong structural load capacity once reassembled.
