The production cycle starts with the Pulling and cold-drawing of high-grade steel coils. This step refines the steel's grain structure to optimize its load-bearing capability. Following this, the Align process uses automated leveling rollers to remove residual material stress and ensure structural straightness. Precision components then move through Welding 1 and Bending configurations, where CNC-controlled hydraulic press brakes shape raw sheets into stable shelving profiles.
Next, high-tonnage Punching systems perforate the metal to create customizable slot patterns for boltless assembly. Sub-assemblies then undergo secondary reinforcement at the Welding 2 station. Heavy structural frames are processed by automated Welding Machines using carbon-dioxide gas shielding to produce continuous, defect-free welds.
